After the term, the client commits to returning it on time to avoid additional charges and non-compliance.\u003cbr\u003e • Once the contract expires and the successful return is made, the client can rent a wig again under a new rental contract.\u003cbr\u003e • For recurring memberships, weekly or bi-weekly payments will be debited automatically unless the client decides to cancel.\u003cbr\u003e • In such cases, the cancellation will be handled according to the cancellation policies.\u003cbr\u003e • Recurring payments do not exempt the client from signing updated rental contracts to maintain records and membership rental archives, as well as updated client information for possible scenarios such as address changes or relevant information updates.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eWig Ownership:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e• The wigs are rented and are never the property of the client. They must be returned in perfect condition within the agreed period to avoid additional charges and\/or penalties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eInventory Availability:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • Wigs are subject to availability according to inventory at the time of selection.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eSecurity Deposit:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • A security deposit of $75.00 is required, which will be refunded at the end of the membership if the wig is returned in excellent condition, except for late return charges or non-compliance with the agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eWig Use Conditions:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • Alterations and Treatments: Alterations, cuts, dyes, use of styling products (like spray or gel), or heat application on the wig are not allowed. Any unauthorized modification or treatment is prohibited.\u003cbr\u003e • Beach and Pool Use: The wig must not be used at beaches or pools. Exposure to saltwater, chlorine, or other elements that could damage the hair is strictly prohibited. \u003cbr\u003e• Exclusive Use and Transferability: The wig is for the exclusive use of the renting client. The client cannot assign, lend, or transfer the wig to third parties under any circumstances. Use by anyone other than the original client is prohibited and may result in additional charges or loss of the security deposit.\u003cbr\u003e • Maintenance and Care: The client must keep the wig in good condition during the rental period. Any damage, excessive dirt, or mishandling affecting the texture, color, or condition of the wig will be the client's responsibility and may incur additional charges or the total cost of the wig, according to our damage\/loss, misuse, and return policies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eDamage, Loss, and Misuse Policy:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • In case of damage, loss, or misuse of the wig, the client will be responsible for covering the full cost of the wig, calculated based on the wig's market value. \u003cbr\u003e• Additionally, the membership may be permanently cancelled. In such cases, the client's security deposit will be held, and collection efforts will be made to recover any additional costs associated with damages or losses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eWig Return Policy:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • Wigs must be returned by mail within the agreed period and in the same condition as delivered.\u003cbr\u003e • Upon receiving the wig, an inspection will be carried out. If any tear, damage to the hair, replacement with another wig, or any other factor affecting the delivery condition is detected, the wig will be classified as damaged, and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the wig, as stated in all our policies.\u003cbr\u003e • Wigs must be returned without applied products such as spray, gel, or other styling products that could affect the texture, color, or condition of the wig, as their use is strictly prohibited according to the Usage Conditions. \u003cbr\u003e• If the wig is not returned on time, a charge of $75 per week will be applied until the wig is received, deducted from the security deposit.\u003cbr\u003e • If the deposit is exhausted, attempts to collect the full value of the unreturned wig will be initiated through the pertinent legal means due to non-compliance.\u003cbr\u003e • In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the wig, according to our policies. Besides the loss of the security deposit, collection efforts will be made to recover any additional costs associated with damages or losses. Any collection effort will be made using this agreement in the Puerto Rico jurisdiction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eCancellation Policy:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • Memberships cannot be canceled once registered, except for recurring memberships, which can be canceled starting from the second automatic payment.\u003cbr\u003e • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing to avoid additional charges through the subscription portal on the website, accessible in the main menu. \u003cbr\u003e• The membership will automatically be canceled in case of non-compliance with any policies and rules, and the client will be responsible for the wig's full value.\u003cbr\u003e • Once a membership is canceled due to non-compliance, the client and their account will be permanently deactivated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eNon-Transferable Membership:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • The membership is personal and non-transferable.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eRental Process:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e • Wig Selection: The client selects a wig from our online catalog in the “Weekly Membership” collection located in the main menu of the website.\u003cbr\u003e • The client chooses the desired wig and selects the rental dates.\u003cbr\u003e • The client proceeds to pay the weekly membership and the security deposit.\u003cbr\u003e • Once payment is received, the client is contacted for information verification and digital contract signing. Orders that have not been confirmed will not be processed.
